Narrative:
After takeoff cargo door blew open during cabin pressurization. Cargo door light illuminated when engine bleed air valves were opened to pressurize the cabin. Bleed valves were then closed. Emergency checklist was completed. Slc tower was called to return for immediate landing. Passengers (2) were briefed. Landing and taxi were both west/O incident.

Title: CARGO DOOR COME OPEN ON CPT SMT WHEN FLT CREW STARTED TO PRESSURIZE THE ACFT.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF CARGO DOOR BLEW OPEN DURING CABIN PRESSURIZATION. CARGO DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN ENG BLEED AIR VALVES WERE OPENED TO PRESSURIZE THE CABIN. BLEED VALVES WERE THEN CLOSED. EMER CHKLIST WAS COMPLETED. SLC TWR WAS CALLED TO RETURN FOR IMMEDIATE LNDG. PAXS (2) WERE BRIEFED. LNDG AND TAXI WERE BOTH W/O INCIDENT.
