Narrative:
After pushback; tow crew asked me to release brakes as they were unable to disconnect towbar. With brakes released after a minute or so felt bump. Recognized breakaway and set brakes. Just after that; tow crew came on and said 'set brakes; set brakes.' told him already set. Called for maintenance to come out. Disembarked passengers with people mover. Got new plane.
