Narrative:
Believed to have had filed in sight and was cleared for a visibility to runway 13 at btr. As first officer, I was at the controls on an intercept heading for lights believed to be runway 13. ILS tuned for 13 did not agree with what appeared to be lights on ground. Notified tower, requested heading to intercept. Tower gave us a 30 degree turn and reclred us to land runway 4. Sighted 4, tuned ILS and landed uneventfully.
