Narrative:
Apparently maintenance control by their mistake while doing the dispatch release and sending it out maintenance control put in both mels 74-xx-xx-xx ; only one can be meled but not both.during the time I was working on the release for this flight I believe there was only one MEL 74-xx-xx-xx then I clicked on the rlse button again and somehow maintenance control put in both MEL for the rh and lh ignition system a. I failed to notice this and the release was sent.
