Narrative:
Departed park area. ATIS gave wind 170/15, clear to taxi. Upon leaving park line, hold well short (approximately 100'?) of taxi B for 'small transport jet' on taxi while waiting wind tipped small aircraft aircraft up on nose and left wingtip. Controls correct for wind direction, brakes applied. As plane began to tip over, attempted to manipulate controls to 'fly' aircraft. It seemed to slow the rate of tipping(?) a bit but not enough. I'm unaware of any further actions I could have taken with the possible exception of releasing the downwind brake to see if it might wxcock into the wind. Corrective action. With the possible exception of designing the ramp layout to diminish the possibility of funneling/venturi I can't think of a thing. The wind at the time should not have been enough to tip the plane and I suspect I was far enough back that the small transport jet should not have had any effect.
