Narrative:
I left tucson, az, for a hospital flight to fhu, az, to pick up a patient. I arrived at fhu, az,. I parked the aircraft into the wind on a heading of about 220 degree and set the parking brake. There was no ambulance here yet so went into the terminal building to call the hospital to see where the ambulance was at and found out that they were on the way to the airport and would be there in about 15 mins so I stayed in the aircraft with two other nurses. It was raining outside. Parking brake was set, we waited for 15 mins. The ambulance showed up and pulled up behind the aircraft on the left side behind the left hand tail and left hand elevator at a distance of about 6'. The two nurses got off the aircraft and I followed them off the plane to see them off. As I stepped on the ground the plane started to roll backwards. I ran back up into the cockpit really fast to reset the brakes again, at the same time the left elevator and elevator fiberglass fairing contacted the ambulance on the right hand side just above and behind the passenger door on the ambulance. There was 3-4 scratches on the white paint on the ambulance.
