Narrative:

I was taking a flight from bdl to alb. I got ATIS, called clearance, called ground for taxi. Ground told me to taxi to 33 then said runway 1 was available, I taxied to runway 1, holding short of runway 1 at taxiway tango I called tower. Tower cleared me for immediate takeoff. My windshield was fogged up the landing light wasn't aimed. (Yellow line and centerline faded). Well, in a hurry I lined up on what I thought were centerline lights and applied power and just as I began to rotate, I heard a faint thud. I didn't think much of the noise at first and continued to alb. En route I thought to myself runway doesn't even have approach much less centerline lights. Upon landing in alb I found the left propeller to be damaged beyond repair. I called our flight department and discussed the problem. I believe I hit a left side runway light with my left propeller. I shouldn't have continued the flight, I should have known better that the runway didn't have centerline lights. I didn't take any corrective action. I was very upset with one of the dispatchers from something he was saying about me the night before, and was discussing this incident with one of my fellow pilots right before I took off. I still don't know for sure I hit a light. Because I am afraid of legal ramification, I will not say anything to anybody, until I am caught.

Title: SMT TWIN ON TKOF PLT HEARD THUMP. UPON LNDG AT DESTINATION, PROP ON LEFT ENGINE DISCOVERED DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR.

Narrative: I WAS TAKING A FLT FROM BDL TO ALB. I GOT ATIS, CALLED CLRNC, CALLED GND FOR TAXI. GND TOLD ME TO TAXI TO 33 THEN SAID RWY 1 WAS AVAILABLE, I TAXIED TO RWY 1, HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 1 AT TXWY TANGO I CALLED TWR. TWR CLRED ME FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF. MY WINDSHIELD WAS FOGGED UP THE LNDG LIGHT WASN'T AIMED. (YELLOW LINE AND CTRLINE FADED). WELL, IN A HURRY I LINED UP ON WHAT I THOUGHT WERE CTRLINE LIGHTS AND APPLIED PWR AND JUST AS I BEGAN TO ROTATE, I HEARD A FAINT THUD. I DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF THE NOISE AT FIRST AND CONTINUED TO ALB. ENRTE I THOUGHT TO MYSELF RWY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE APCH MUCH LESS CTRLINE LIGHTS. UPON LNDG IN ALB I FOUND THE L PROP TO BE DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. I CALLED OUR FLT DEPT AND DISCUSSED THE PROB. I BELIEVE I HIT A L SIDE RWY LIGHT WITH MY L PROP. I SHOULDN'T HAVE CONTINUED THE FLT, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAT THE RWY DIDN'T HAVE CTRLINE LIGHTS. I DIDN'T TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTION. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH ONE OF THE DISPATCHERS FROM SOMETHING HE WAS SAYING ABOUT ME THE NIGHT BEFORE, AND WAS DISCUSSING THIS INCIDENT WITH ONE OF MY FELLOW PLTS RIGHT BEFORE I TOOK OFF. I STILL DON'T KNOW FOR SURE I HIT A LIGHT. BECAUSE I AM AFRAID OF LEGAL RAMIFICATION, I WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ANYBODY, UNTIL I AM CAUGHT.
