Narrative:
Departure on san francisco 4 departure which gives 030 degree heading and 3000' at or above at 6 DME sfo. We have new TCAS ii system. Right after takeoff we got several warnings (not evasive ones however). In process of getting flaps up and (watching) for traffic we forgot about the 3000'/6 DME. Ground controller asked if we would make restriction. We were at 2900' and 6 DME. I feel that the new TCAS ii will cause some of these problems until we get used to the new information and use it along with the other requirements. I will certainly remember to watch restrictions more even when TCAS ii gives warning.
