Narrative:
Normal ILS approach to runway 20L bna. At between 10 and 20', I (first officer) reduced power, touched down. The aircraft skipped and floated 1' above the runway. The winds were 160/10g15, so the aircraft nose turned left (WX vaned) into the wind. I corrected for slight drift with left aileron and the wing tip apparently struck the runway.
