Narrative:
While departing sjc for bel on the sjc 6 departure, the captain, who was also the PF, began his turn to a heading of 110 degrees after reaching approximately 700', rather than waiting until 1.8 DME as depicted on the SID. I attribute this event to 2 factors: pilot complacency, on my part as well as the captain's. The second factor, in my opinion, is much more important: the rapidly deteriorating morale at abc airlines. Since acquiring abc 2 1/2 yrs ago, the xyz corp has become increasingly confrontational, condescending and oppressive toward the abc pilot group. Xyz has made it clear that substantial wage and benefit cuts are in our future. This kind of atmosphere is fatiguing, numbing, unhealthy and downright dangerous to work in. Flying the SID and the trip were not on my mind, or the captain's today--our deteriorating working conditions were.

Title: COMMUTER ON SID FROM SJC STARTS TURN EARLY.
Narrative: WHILE DEPARTING SJC FOR BEL ON THE SJC 6 DEP, THE CAPT, WHO WAS ALSO THE PF, BEGAN HIS TURN TO A HDG OF 110 DEGS AFTER REACHING APPROX 700', RATHER THAN WAITING UNTIL 1.8 DME AS DEPICTED ON THE SID. I ATTRIBUTE THIS EVENT TO 2 FACTORS: PLT COMPLACENCY, ON MY PART AS WELL AS THE CAPT'S. THE SECOND FACTOR, IN MY OPINION, IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT: THE RAPIDLY DETERIORATING MORALE AT ABC AIRLINES. SINCE ACQUIRING ABC 2 1/2 YRS AGO, THE XYZ CORP HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY CONFRONTATIONAL, CONDESCENDING AND OPPRESSIVE TOWARD THE ABC PLT GROUP. XYZ HAS MADE IT CLR THAT SUBSTANTIAL WAGE AND BENEFIT CUTS ARE IN OUR FUTURE. THIS KIND OF ATMOSPHERE IS FATIGUING, NUMBING, UNHEALTHY AND DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS TO WORK IN. FLYING THE SID AND THE TRIP WERE NOT ON MY MIND, OR THE CAPT'S TODAY--OUR DETERIORATING WORKING CONDITIONS WERE.
