Narrative:
We were holding to cross 35L on taxiway 19. There was our company light transport Y in front of us and our company light transport Z on 18. The tower gave the light transport Y and our other light transport Z clearance to cross immediately due to departing traffic. I was giving passenger announcement in the cabin and the captain had the radios. He asked the controller, 'what about us?' the tower said, 'no, hold short, traffic departing.' at that time, I saw the captain push forward on the power and go anyway. Before I could step on the brakes, he was already over the line. I feel for the safety of the flight that it was not appropriate nor safe for me to stop the roll at that time. I also made hand signals to stop, but I feel he ignored me. The tower came back very upset and asked if he heard her say, 'hold short.' he said, 'I guess we do now.' I personally feel this was an intentional move on the captain's part due to impatience. I believe in very safe flight practices and feel I was put in a very unsafe pose west/O control. I am writing this because I personally do not want to be put in this position again, nor do I want any other pilot or passenger. Knowing the personality and other copilot's complaints re: this individual, I feel this action was done intentionally.

Title: COMMUTER LTT CAPT STARTED TO TAXI AFTER BEING TOLD TO HOLD FOR DEP TRAFFIC BY TWR AND FO.
Narrative: WE WERE HOLDING TO CROSS 35L ON TXWY 19. THERE WAS OUR COMPANY LTT Y IN FRONT OF US AND OUR COMPANY LTT Z ON 18. THE TWR GAVE THE LTT Y AND OUR OTHER LTT Z CLRNC TO CROSS IMMEDIATELY DUE TO DEPARTING TFC. I WAS GIVING PAX ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE CABIN AND THE CAPT HAD THE RADIOS. HE ASKED THE CTLR, 'WHAT ABOUT US?' THE TWR SAID, 'NO, HOLD SHORT, TFC DEPARTING.' AT THAT TIME, I SAW THE CAPT PUSH FORWARD ON THE PWR AND GO ANYWAY. BEFORE I COULD STEP ON THE BRAKES, HE WAS ALREADY OVER THE LINE. I FEEL FOR THE SAFETY OF THE FLT THAT IT WAS NOT APPROPRIATE NOR SAFE FOR ME TO STOP THE ROLL AT THAT TIME. I ALSO MADE HAND SIGNALS TO STOP, BUT I FEEL HE IGNORED ME. THE TWR CAME BACK VERY UPSET AND ASKED IF HE HEARD HER SAY, 'HOLD SHORT.' HE SAID, 'I GUESS WE DO NOW.' I PERSONALLY FEEL THIS WAS AN INTENTIONAL MOVE ON THE CAPT'S PART DUE TO IMPATIENCE. I BELIEVE IN VERY SAFE FLT PRACTICES AND FEEL I WAS PUT IN A VERY UNSAFE POSE W/O CTL. I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE I PERSONALLY DO NOT WANT TO BE PUT IN THIS POS AGAIN, NOR DO I WANT ANY OTHER PLT OR PAX. KNOWING THE PERSONALITY AND OTHER COPLT'S COMPLAINTS RE: THIS INDIVIDUAL, I FEEL THIS ACTION WAS DONE INTENTIONALLY.
