Narrative:

I was assisting my coworker on aircraft X. I was putting in oils; when I notice that aircraft Y was taxing between aircraft X and aircraft Z. I started to walk towards the elevator of aircraft X; were aircraft Y was approaching it; I watch it cleared the elevator static tips of aircraft X; before I could make a good judgment whether aircraft Y would clear it made contact with the tail cone of aircraft X. No communication was made to help the aircraft that was taxing and no time to prepare. Prepare to wing walk aircraft. Make adjustments for aircraft to taxi and communication with the task at hand.
