Narrative:
The incident was a hard landing. The aircraft veered right. The aircraft went off the right side of the runway (unimproved grass strip) and into a plowed field. Aircraft has conventional landing gear. Main gear dug into dirt and aircraft gently nosed over and rested inverted in the dirt. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: perfectly smooth conditions, but the reporter flared high and stalled in. Damage to the tail when the aircraft flipped in the fresh plowed field, wing tank ruptured. Aircraft is being repaired and is waiting for a new covering job. FAA classified as an incident. No injuries.
