Narrative:
Flight controls malfunction. During preflight was advised by another instructor that aircraft X had this problem few days ago. While taxiing out of the parking spot we proceed to verify the rudders and brake system and immediately notice that something was wrong. When rudders was applied the control yoke moved by itself completely to the same direction of the rudder pressure. I tried to move the yoke manually but if you keep the pressure on rudders the joke became stuck. I tried several times to both directions and every time rudder pressure existed the control yoke was stuck.

Title: Instructor reported rudder and ailerons were binding and cross controlling and were found during preflight after being informed by another instructor of this problem occurring previously on the aircraft.
