Narrative:
While deviating east of J51 between grg and sav at FL250, aircraft penetrated or may have penetrated W157A, W159A, W158C, W158A, W157A, W158C. Jax had cleared us to deviate east of J51 as necessary to remain clear of WX. As we were abeam the WX off our left wing, the controller issued a heading of 340 degrees immediately to remain clear of all warning areas. I exercised my emergency authority to continue on course and remain clear of the WX.
