Narrative:

We had a hydraulic failure in system one. Because of this failure our minimum control speed was computed at 160 which was 10 knots faster than our approach speed. We were unable to get to our desired landing flap setting of 35 until we were able to slow down just prior to landing. Even with the GPWS flap override selected; we still got GPWS warning calls. We were stable on the ILS and VASI and we knew why we were getting the GPWS calls which were not due to terrain. I continued the approach to an uneventful landing.
