Narrative:
55 gal drums full of chemicals are not being stored properly inside hangar bay X. The drums are sitting on regular wood pallets instead of spill proof platforms per our SOP.the drums appear to be leaking and fluid is going into the floor drain. I have made several local attempts through 'closing the loop' to get the situation corrected with no luck.
