Narrative:
I was made aware of an issue with flight ZZZZ-ZZZ1. It appears that due to a software issue at the company the ground crew in ZZZ1 was not notified that a package contained dry ice. It seems that a notoc was never issued and therefore we were not aware of any dry ice onboard. The flight was uneventful.

Title: E-175 Captain reported company notification of undocumented Hazmat cargo transported on previously completed flight in which he was the Pilot (16 days prior.)
Narrative: I was made aware of an issue with flight ZZZZ-ZZZ1. It appears that due to a software issue at the company the ground crew in ZZZ1 was not notified that a package contained dry ice. It seems that a NOTOC was never issued and therefore we were not aware of any dry ice onboard. The flight was uneventful.
