Narrative:

I called the tower to tell them that I was ready to take off. To the best of my understanding they cleared me for takeoff. I read back the clearance. It was only after I was airborne that they informed me that I took the clearance of an air carrier jet. I believe that the problem was an overloaded frequency and that every time I spoke somebody was speaking at the same time. I believe that the controller could have asked me to abort my takeoff and that he didn't because I didn't cause any conflict. This is my second report. I have already sent you one. Pilot and mechanic heard takeoff clearance. Pilot took off only after saying, '(tail #) cleared for takeoff.'
