Narrative:

During CFI training, we had completed a series of 8 touch and go lndgs, the final being a full stop. On the landing rollout, I started to clean up the aircraft confign. While attempting to retract the flaps, I inadvertently selected the gear position lever and placed it in the gear up position. The power was off. The nose wheel retracted, the propeller hit the ground and the engine stopped. The propeller was damaged and the gear door was damaged. The aircraft remained on the runway the entire time.
