Narrative:
After being handed off to the sat tower, I was given a heading for base leg (left) to runway 03. 3 airliners were on the ground--an small aircraft was #1 to land, I was #2 and another small aircraft was #3 to land. I was told to steer 10 more degrees right to square off my base and I expected a short final. The first small aircraft landed and the airliner was told to expect an immediate takeoff after the first small aircraft cleared off the runway. I asked the tower if he wanted me to do a 270 degree turn to the right. He said, 'no,' and cleared me to land. The air carrier taxied into position as the first small aircraft turned off. I turned final as the #3 small aircraft Y flew over my aircraft and called no joy. There were still 2 more small aircraft aircraft inbound. I am still uncertain as to what was going on, except aircraft were not being spaced well enough apart if an small aircraft Y runs up on top of me (small aircraft X) while I'm turning to final. I was told to keep my speed up, but the air carrier jet was not moving and the first small aircraft was just clearing the runway.

Title: TRAFFIC PATTERN CONFLICT DUE TO NON ADHERENCE TO ATC INSTRUCTION AND LACK OF TWR CTLR VIGILANCE.
Narrative: AFTER BEING HANDED OFF TO THE SAT TWR, I WAS GIVEN A HDG FOR BASE LEG (LEFT) TO RWY 03. 3 AIRLINERS WERE ON THE GND--AN SMA WAS #1 TO LAND, I WAS #2 AND ANOTHER SMA WAS #3 TO LAND. I WAS TOLD TO STEER 10 MORE DEGS RIGHT TO SQUARE OFF MY BASE AND I EXPECTED A SHORT FINAL. THE FIRST SMA LANDED AND THE AIRLINER WAS TOLD TO EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE TKOF AFTER THE FIRST SMA CLRED OFF THE RWY. I ASKED THE TWR IF HE WANTED ME TO DO A 270 DEG TURN TO THE RIGHT. HE SAID, 'NO,' AND CLRED ME TO LAND. THE ACR TAXIED INTO POS AS THE FIRST SMA TURNED OFF. I TURNED FINAL AS THE #3 SMA Y FLEW OVER MY ACFT AND CALLED NO JOY. THERE WERE STILL 2 MORE SMA ACFT INBND. I AM STILL UNCERTAIN AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON, EXCEPT ACFT WERE NOT BEING SPACED WELL ENOUGH APART IF AN SMA Y RUNS UP ON TOP OF ME (SMA X) WHILE I'M TURNING TO FINAL. I WAS TOLD TO KEEP MY SPD UP, BUT THE ACR JET WAS NOT MOVING AND THE FIRST SMA WAS JUST CLRING THE RWY.
