Narrative:
Student flew an unauthorized solo x-country flight. No endorsement was given for this flight. While student progressed on x-country, student entered dfw TCA west/O permission. Additionally, student had no endorsement for entry into this TCA, or any TCA. Student is a 141 far enrollee. Miscom from chief flight instrument may have caused student to assume x-country flts could now be made. This was confirmed, but chief flight instrument stated, 'all x-country flts must be reviewed by flight instrument.' barriers to communication could have caused this problem, as the student is an italian national. Corrective action: student must now contact flight instrument prior to any commencement of any flight. All school instrs are aware of the severity of this situation and are acting accordingly.
