Narrative:
While on a right base to 24R at lax, we were cleared for a visibility approach to 24R. I was looking outside and was concentrating on traffic. I had not noticed the captain was late in turning to 24R and may have caused a traffic conflict with aircraft using 25L and 25R. Approach control asked if we were lined up with 24R. We said we had overshot 24R and were in a right turn correcting back to 24R.
