Narrative:

After landing runway 32 at cak, tower controller told flight crew to do a 180 degree turn on the runway taxi down, cross runway 23/5, taxi taxiway charlie and hold short of runway 1/19. Flight crew complied with the instruction and the captain taxied the aircraft down the runway at a faster pace than usual so as to not spend too much time on the runway. The aircraft crossed runway 23/5 and made the slight turn to the left onto taxiway charlie. Taxiway charlie between runways 5/23 and 1/19 is about 100-150' long due to the closure of the runways. The hold short line for runway 1/10 came up rather rapidly as the aircraft made the turn onto the taxiway. The captain applied the brakes smoothly so as not to throw everybody from their seats, and the aircraft rolled through the hold short line before it came to a stop. However, the main gear and tail sections of the aircraft were over the hold short line. The ground controller called the crew and told them to stop immediately, which they had already done. Later the tower supervisor came and spoke about the incident with the first officer.

Title: TAXI TOO FAST, UNABLE TO STOP AT HOLD LINE.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG RWY 32 AT CAK, TWR CTLR TOLD FLT CREW TO DO A 180 DEG TURN ON THE RWY TAXI DOWN, CROSS RWY 23/5, TAXI TXWY CHARLIE AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 1/19. FLT CREW COMPLIED WITH THE INSTRUCTION AND THE CAPT TAXIED THE ACFT DOWN THE RWY AT A FASTER PACE THAN USUAL SO AS TO NOT SPEND TOO MUCH TIME ON THE RWY. THE ACFT CROSSED RWY 23/5 AND MADE THE SLIGHT TURN TO THE LEFT ONTO TXWY CHARLIE. TXWY CHARLIE BTWN RWYS 5/23 AND 1/19 IS ABOUT 100-150' LONG DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE RWYS. THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 1/10 CAME UP RATHER RAPIDLY AS THE ACFT MADE THE TURN ONTO THE TXWY. THE CAPT APPLIED THE BRAKES SMOOTHLY SO AS NOT TO THROW EVERYBODY FROM THEIR SEATS, AND THE ACFT ROLLED THROUGH THE HOLD SHORT LINE BEFORE IT CAME TO A STOP. HOWEVER, THE MAIN GEAR AND TAIL SECTIONS OF THE ACFT WERE OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE. THE GND CTLR CALLED THE CREW AND TOLD THEM TO STOP IMMEDIATELY, WHICH THEY HAD ALREADY DONE. LATER THE TWR SUPVR CAME AND SPOKE ABOUT THE INCIDENT WITH THE F/O.
