Narrative:
Takeoff warning sounded during takeoff roll at 120 KIAS. Aborted takeoff using reverse thrust and brakes. A check of brake energy chart showed 50 mins cooling time on the ground or 9 mins in the air. I elected to use the air cooling time because of long taxi to gate and pending curfew. I knew the warning was erroneous, but suspected sloppy speed brake and rough runway? On second attempt warning sounded again at 110 KTS. Once again I aborted and taxied back to gate. As I was approaching the gate, 8 tires on left side deflated because of melting fuse plugs. Flight was cancelled as a result. Prudent decision would have been to taxi back to gate after first abort to check brakes and tires. One factor affecting decision is chart showing brake energy and time to cool. Showing a cooling time in the air is wrong, I believe. All cooling time should be on the ground, especially on aircraft. Another factor was osaka's tower saying, 'do you want to try another takeoff? What do you want to do?!' it was repeated several times before I had a chance to collect my thoughts. I found myself responding to, 'try another takeoff.' the aircraft remained overnight and maintenance was performed. No logical reason was found for the takeoff warning. On subsequent departure takeoff warning sounded again. I had briefed the first officer and so and we double-checked all takeoff warning items to be normal. I continued takeoff and flight to hnl west/O further incident.

Title: 2 ABORTED TKOFS IN WDB WITHOUT COOLING TIME FOR TIRE COOLING TAXIING BACK TO GATE 8 TIRES DEFLATED ACCOUNT HEAT PLUGS MELTING.
Narrative: TKOF WARNING SOUNDED DURING TKOF ROLL AT 120 KIAS. ABORTED TKOF USING REVERSE THRUST AND BRAKES. A CHK OF BRAKE ENERGY CHART SHOWED 50 MINS COOLING TIME ON THE GND OR 9 MINS IN THE AIR. I ELECTED TO USE THE AIR COOLING TIME BECAUSE OF LONG TAXI TO GATE AND PENDING CURFEW. I KNEW THE WARNING WAS ERRONEOUS, BUT SUSPECTED SLOPPY SPD BRAKE AND ROUGH RWY? ON SECOND ATTEMPT WARNING SOUNDED AGAIN AT 110 KTS. ONCE AGAIN I ABORTED AND TAXIED BACK TO GATE. AS I WAS APCHING THE GATE, 8 TIRES ON LEFT SIDE DEFLATED BECAUSE OF MELTING FUSE PLUGS. FLT WAS CANCELLED AS A RESULT. PRUDENT DECISION WOULD HAVE BEEN TO TAXI BACK TO GATE AFTER FIRST ABORT TO CHK BRAKES AND TIRES. ONE FACTOR AFFECTING DECISION IS CHART SHOWING BRAKE ENERGY AND TIME TO COOL. SHOWING A COOLING TIME IN THE AIR IS WRONG, I BELIEVE. ALL COOLING TIME SHOULD BE ON THE GND, ESPECIALLY ON ACFT. ANOTHER FACTOR WAS OSAKA'S TWR SAYING, 'DO YOU WANT TO TRY ANOTHER TKOF? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?!' IT WAS REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO COLLECT MY THOUGHTS. I FOUND MYSELF RESPONDING TO, 'TRY ANOTHER TKOF.' THE ACFT REMAINED OVERNIGHT AND MAINT WAS PERFORMED. NO LOGICAL REASON WAS FOUND FOR THE TKOF WARNING. ON SUBSEQUENT DEP TKOF WARNING SOUNDED AGAIN. I HAD BRIEFED THE F/O AND SO AND WE DOUBLE-CHKED ALL TKOF WARNING ITEMS TO BE NORMAL. I CONTINUED TKOF AND FLT TO HNL W/O FURTHER INCIDENT.
