Narrative:
Hold short line at the approach end of runway 3L is poorly visible. Even in the daylight conditions at dtw with sunny skies, the hold short marking at taxiway Y and 3L is very hard to see. We had no problem holding short, but under different conditions like at night or with a wet taxiway it could be a problem finding the markings to hold short of 3L.
