Narrative:
After executing a practice VOR approach off of the ogden VOR in small aircraft X the tower controller instructed us to circle northeast for a left base to runway 16. When on base the controller told us we were #1 in sequence and cleared to land on runway 16. To my knowledge there were only 2 aircraft flying in the ogden air traffic area. We knew the traffic landing behind us was expecting a 'touch and go' so my student and myself planned on exiting the runway soon as feasible. My student was unable to stop the airplane by the first taxiway so we continued to roll down the runway expecting to be cleared to turn onto the next runway so we would not be an interfering traffic factor for the landing airplane. The #2 airplane had been cleared by the tower for touch and go shortly after if not prior to our touchdown on runway 16. The tower never cleared us to turn onto runway 21/3. The next exit off of runway 16 was at the end of the runway so my student began slowing down the airplane expecting a clearance to turn onto runway 21/3 where it crossed runway 16. As we approached the intersection of runways 16 and 21 with no instructions from the tower my student hurriedly changed to ground frequency, informed ground control that we had other airplane had already landed and the distance between the landing plane and that of ours was diminishing quickly. The other plane was in sight and approaching quickly. Once we were clear of runway 21 the ground controller informed us to call the tower after we parked. When my student called the tower, the controller stated that we did not maintain proper traffic separation from the aircraft which was landing behind us. I don't understand how the tower expected us to maintain traffic separation from the aircraft which was following us. Currently 3 new tower controllers are being trained at the ogden hinckley tower. 1 of the new trainee controllers was on duty at the time of this incident.

Title: SMA X HAD LTSS FROM SMA Y. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: AFTER EXECUTING A PRACTICE VOR APCH OFF OF THE OGDEN VOR IN SMA X THE TWR CTLR INSTRUCTED US TO CIRCLE NE FOR A L BASE TO RWY 16. WHEN ON BASE THE CTLR TOLD US WE WERE #1 IN SEQUENCE AND CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 16. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE WERE ONLY 2 ACFT FLYING IN THE OGDEN ATA. WE KNEW THE TFC LNDG BEHIND US WAS EXPECTING A 'TOUCH AND GO' SO MY STUDENT AND MYSELF PLANNED ON EXITING THE RWY SOON AS FEASIBLE. MY STUDENT WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRPLANE BY THE FIRST TAXIWAY SO WE CONTINUED TO ROLL DOWN THE RWY EXPECTING TO BE CLRED TO TURN ONTO THE NEXT RWY SO WE WOULD NOT BE AN INTERFERING TFC FACTOR FOR THE LNDG AIRPLANE. THE #2 AIRPLANE HAD BEEN CLRED BY THE TWR FOR TOUCH AND GO SHORTLY AFTER IF NOT PRIOR TO OUR TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 16. THE TWR NEVER CLRED US TO TURN ONTO RWY 21/3. THE NEXT EXIT OFF OF RWY 16 WAS AT THE END OF THE RWY SO MY STUDENT BEGAN SLOWING DOWN THE AIRPLANE EXPECTING A CLRNC TO TURN ONTO RWY 21/3 WHERE IT CROSSED RWY 16. AS WE APCHED THE INTXN OF RWYS 16 AND 21 WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE TWR MY STUDENT HURRIEDLY CHANGED TO GND FREQ, INFORMED GND CTL THAT WE HAD OTHER AIRPLANE HAD ALREADY LANDED AND THE DISTANCE BTWN THE LNDG PLANE AND THAT OF OURS WAS DIMINISHING QUICKLY. THE OTHER PLANE WAS IN SIGHT AND APCHING QUICKLY. ONCE WE WERE CLR OF RWY 21 THE GND CTLR INFORMED US TO CALL THE TWR AFTER WE PARKED. WHEN MY STUDENT CALLED THE TWR, THE CTLR STATED THAT WE DID NOT MAINTAIN PROPER TFC SEPARATION FROM THE ACFT WHICH WAS LNDG BEHIND US. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE TWR EXPECTED US TO MAINTAIN TFC SEPARATION FROM THE ACFT WHICH WAS FOLLOWING US. CURRENTLY 3 NEW TWR CTLRS ARE BEING TRAINED AT THE OGDEN HINCKLEY TWR. 1 OF THE NEW TRAINEE CTLRS WAS ON DUTY AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT.
