Narrative:

On 5/X/91, I was serving as flight instrument given dual instruction to a student in his aircraft, an old vintage small aircraft X west/O a radio. A near ground collision occurred between the small aircraft and a twin engine small transport which was landing on a crossing runway. This uncontrolled airport has 2 runways; one (22-04) is sod and the other (29-11) is asphalt. The small aircraft was operating on the sod runway 22 and had just completed a landing. The sod runway crosses the asphalt runway 29. The small transport was on an approach to runway 29. The small aircraft completed its ground roll on runway 22 (actually on the asphalt 29). The near collision occurred at that point and the small transport made an aborted landing coming very close to the small aircraft in the go around. This very dangerous situation occurred primarily because of no radio communications and possibly pilot inattentiveness. The decision for go around should have been made earlier in the approach of the small transport since another aircraft was already on a landing roll on crossing runway.

Title: CLOSE PROX GA SMA COMPLETING LNDG ROLL AND SMT FORCED TO MAKE A GO AROUND FROM CROSSING RWY.

Narrative: ON 5/X/91, I WAS SERVING AS FLT INSTR GIVEN DUAL INSTRUCTION TO A STUDENT IN HIS ACFT, AN OLD VINTAGE SMA X W/O A RADIO. A NEAR GND COLLISION OCCURRED BTWN THE SMA AND A TWIN ENG SMT WHICH WAS LNDG ON A XING RWY. THIS UNCONTROLLED ARPT HAS 2 RWYS; ONE (22-04) IS SOD AND THE OTHER (29-11) IS ASPHALT. THE SMA WAS OPERATING ON THE SOD RWY 22 AND HAD JUST COMPLETED A LNDG. THE SOD RWY CROSSES THE ASPHALT RWY 29. THE SMT WAS ON AN APCH TO RWY 29. THE SMA COMPLETED ITS GND ROLL ON RWY 22 (ACTUALLY ON THE ASPHALT 29). THE NEAR COLLISION OCCURRED AT THAT POINT AND THE SMT MADE AN ABORTED LNDG COMING VERY CLOSE TO THE SMA IN THE GAR. THIS VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION OCCURRED PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF NO RADIO COMS AND POSSIBLY PLT INATTENTIVENESS. THE DECISION FOR GAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE EARLIER IN THE APCH OF THE SMT SINCE ANOTHER ACFT WAS ALREADY ON A LNDG ROLL ON XING RWY.
