Narrative:
Experimental homebuilt tail wheel hull amphibian, retractable main gear and tail wheel. Pilot made normal approach to landing on runway 24 at IRS. When touching down, main landing gear folded forward (its normal path of retraction). Aircraft settled on keel and stopped. Minor scrape on keep 2' X 48'. Jacked aircraft up, allowing gear to switch down again and lock. Taxied aircraft to hangar.
