Narrative:
At approximately 140 KTS (V1/vr=126), #2 engine vibration noticed. Once safely airborne (approximately 1000'), noticed #2 egt higher than normal and reduced thrust to maintain green band. Vibration increased. Requested to return for precautionary landing. Started engine. Severe damage checklist. Oil pressure began to fall with increased vibration. Shut down #2 engine and called for emergency equipment to stand by. Oil qty and pressure continued to 0. Performed remainder of engine shutdown checklist/before landing checklist. Landed on cle 23L west/O incident. Supplemental information from acn 180755: returned to gate. #2 engine found to be seized with 0 oil qty.
