Narrative:
After landing at ontario, ca, aircraft was assigned a gate. During turn from ramp area to intercept centerline to the gate, a fuel truck was noticed parked to the left of aircraft parking area. The ground guideman motion for aircraft to continue its taxi forward into the gate area. I lost visibility contact with the fuel truck as the aircraft advanced pass the truck's position. The guideman continued to direct meto taxi forward until we arrived at the normal stopping spot. After passengers had deplaned I departed the aircraft and noticed a group of people gathered at the left wing tip (which was over the parked fuel truck). At this time I was informed that the aircraft had contacted the truck. Damage amounted to a scratch 44' long on the underside of the wing and a small fiberglass panel that had been penetrated for approximately 1 1/2'. Supplemental information from acn 181327. When fuel truck was moved, it had been sitting right on a 'no parking' sign painted on ground in the yellow hash marked area. Supplemental information from acn 181692. The yellow zone where the fuel truck was parked is mismarked. The area should be painted red for easier identify in the event a veh is in the zone and is on top of the 'no parking' placard.

Title: ACR LGT LEFT WING TIP HIT FUEL TRUCK WHILE TAXIING TO THE GATE ON THE GUIDE LINE AND WHILE FOLLOWING GND CREW DIRECTIONS.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT ONTARIO, CA, ACFT WAS ASSIGNED A GATE. DURING TURN FROM RAMP AREA TO INTERCEPT CTRLINE TO THE GATE, A FUEL TRUCK WAS NOTICED PARKED TO THE L OF ACFT PARKING AREA. THE GND GUIDEMAN MOTION FOR ACFT TO CONTINUE ITS TAXI FORWARD INTO THE GATE AREA. I LOST VIS CONTACT WITH THE FUEL TRUCK AS THE ACFT ADVANCED PASS THE TRUCK'S POS. THE GUIDEMAN CONTINUED TO DIRECT METO TAXI FORWARD UNTIL WE ARRIVED AT THE NORMAL STOPPING SPOT. AFTER PAXS HAD DEPLANED I DEPARTED THE ACFT AND NOTICED A GROUP OF PEOPLE GATHERED AT THE L WING TIP (WHICH WAS OVER THE PARKED FUEL TRUCK). AT THIS TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ACFT HAD CONTACTED THE TRUCK. DAMAGE AMOUNTED TO A SCRATCH 44' LONG ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE WING AND A SMALL FIBERGLASS PANEL THAT HAD BEEN PENETRATED FOR APPROX 1 1/2'. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 181327. WHEN FUEL TRUCK WAS MOVED, IT HAD BEEN SITTING R ON A 'NO PARKING' SIGN PAINTED ON GND IN THE YELLOW HASH MARKED AREA. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 181692. THE YELLOW ZONE WHERE THE FUEL TRUCK WAS PARKED IS MISMARKED. THE AREA SHOULD BE PAINTED RED FOR EASIER IDENT IN THE EVENT A VEH IS IN THE ZONE AND IS ON TOP OF THE 'NO PARKING' PLACARD.
