TCAS RA. TCAS displayed traffic 800' below and climbing, 12:30 position. We responded as required and climbed approximately 800' in order to clear traffic. After incident we advised ATC. They acknowledged traffic was at FL280.

Title: TCASII RA CREATES AN ALT DEVIATION ALT EXCURSION FOR ACR MLG.
Narrative: TCAS RA. TCAS DISPLAYED TFC 800' BELOW AND CLBING, 12:30 POS. WE RESPONDED AS REQUIRED AND CLBED APPROX 800' IN ORDER TO CLR TFC. AFTER INCIDENT WE ADVISED ATC. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED TFC WAS AT FL280.
