Narrative:
At the clt airport on taxiway echo between echo 12 and the north end of taxiway east ground control frequency 121.8 is interfered with by clt departure frequency 120.5. This appears to be an antenna proximity problem and goes away when tower frequency 126.4 is selected. This is most annoying and effectively prevents aircraft from being able to receive in this location. This had been reported several times and no action had been taken.
