Title: ACR MLG CAPT DOCUMENTS A LNDG MADE AT TUS WITH MEN AND EQUIP TOO CLOSE TO THE RWY. THE MEN AND EQUIP HAD BEEN RPTED TO THE ACFT BEFORE LNDG.
Narrative: MEN AND EQUIP ADJACENT TO RWY 11L WERE NO MORE THAN 10 FT FROM RWY UPON LNDG. I CONSIDER THIS TO BE TOO CLOSE TO RWY FOR SAFETY SAKE. SEE NARRATIVE ON BACK.
