Narrative:
Unscheduled landing due to ill passenger on board. All went well. ATC very helpful, emergency declared. Only comment is the fact that each controller needed to know what the emergency was. Took some extra time to answer each time. Perhaps they had our best interests in mind since coordination with dsm tower and emergency medical services was excellent.

Title: ACR MLG MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LAND TO ACCOMMODATE AN ILL PASSENGER.
Narrative: UNSCHEDULED LNDG DUE TO ILL PAX ON BOARD. ALL WENT WELL. ATC VERY HELPFUL, EMER DECLARED. ONLY COMMENT IS THE FACT THAT EACH CTLR NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT THE EMER WAS. TOOK SOME EXTRA TIME TO ANSWER EACH TIME. PERHAPS THEY HAD OUR BEST INTERESTS IN MIND SINCE COORD WITH DSM TWR AND EMER MEDICAL SVCS WAS EXCELLENT.
