Narrative:
Approach control cleared me (small transport) to track the localizer inbound for runway 27R. Traffic I was following was an mdt turning onto final. Approximately 3 mi out tower cleared me to land. Landing checklist was complete and landing gear indicated down and locked. 3 green lights, no horn and a visual check was made. As I got closer to pbi tower called traffic on a left base for 27L (traffic was an small transport B) behind me. Looking to my left and behind 8 O'clock position again the left main gear came into my view, showing it was down and locked. Final over the numbers airspeed 70- 80 mph main gear touched followed by the nose wheel. After a brief roll the nose gear failed as I then proceeded to finish to rollout on the gear doors and mains.
