Narrative:
Mlt X sebound descending into sacramento. Air carrier Y climbing northbound to FL310. Both aircraft expedited to assigned altitude. Supplemental information from acn 183717: air carrier Y was climbing out of bay area en route to medford. MTR X was around point reyes descending in sacramento complex, heading eastbound, control instructions were given to expedite the climb and descent, however it was not enough to maintain separation.

Title: MTR X HAD LTSS FROM ACR Y SYS ERROR. POTENTIAL CONFLICT.
Narrative: MLT X SEBOUND DSNDING INTO SACRAMENTO. ACR Y CLBING NBOUND TO FL310. BOTH ACFT EXPEDITED TO ASSIGNED ALT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 183717: ACR Y WAS CLBING OUT OF BAY AREA ENRTE TO MEDFORD. MTR X WAS AROUND POINT REYES DSNDING IN SACRAMENTO COMPLEX, HDG EBOUND, CTL INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO EXPEDITE THE CLB AND DSCNT, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN SEPARATION.
