Narrative:

I was flying a part 135 charter. We departed mke at xx hours, going to wausau (auw) to pick up one passenger. We then flew to eagle river, wi (egv). I started engines at egv at xx plus 7 for return to auw and then mke. I got 2-2 1/2 hours rest at egv. Upon arrival at auw I cancelled IFR with minneapolis center and prepared for landing. I awakened the passenger and told them to tighten their seat belts and gear and I believed I had finished the checklist. There was no gear horn when I reduced power for descent in the pattern, nor when I lowered full flaps on short final. My first realization that the gear was up was when the propellers hit the pavement. During the landing slide I pulled the mixtures to idle, reached for the fuel selectors and shut off the mags. As the aircraft stopped I opened the door and ordered the passenger 'out'. I shut off the battery and followed. I found 1 passenger lying on the pavement. He had hit his back on the horizontal stabilizer, bruising a previous injury. I carried him away from the aircraft and escorted the others clear. The injury turned out to be minor. I and 1 passenger ran to the FBO. I asked passenger to call an ambulance, since passenger worked at the hospital. I told the line person to call FSS to report runway blockage. I called our company director of operations to report the incident so he could begin notification procedures.

Title: AIR TAXI LANDS GEAR UP.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING A PART 135 CHARTER. WE DEPARTED MKE AT XX HRS, GOING TO WAUSAU (AUW) TO PICK UP ONE PAX. WE THEN FLEW TO EAGLE RIVER, WI (EGV). I STARTED ENGS AT EGV AT XX PLUS 7 FOR RETURN TO AUW AND THEN MKE. I GOT 2-2 1/2 HRS REST AT EGV. UPON ARR AT AUW I CANCELLED IFR WITH MINNEAPOLIS CENTER AND PREPARED FOR LNDG. I AWAKENED THE PAX AND TOLD THEM TO TIGHTEN THEIR SEAT BELTS AND GEAR AND I BELIEVED I HAD FINISHED THE CHKLIST. THERE WAS NO GEAR HORN WHEN I REDUCED PWR FOR DSCNT IN THE PATTERN, NOR WHEN I LOWERED FULL FLAPS ON SHORT FINAL. MY FIRST REALIZATION THAT THE GEAR WAS UP WAS WHEN THE PROPS HIT THE PAVEMENT. DURING THE LNDG SLIDE I PULLED THE MIXTURES TO IDLE, REACHED FOR THE FUEL SELECTORS AND SHUT OFF THE MAGS. AS THE ACFT STOPPED I OPENED THE DOOR AND ORDERED THE PAX 'OUT'. I SHUT OFF THE BATTERY AND FOLLOWED. I FOUND 1 PAX LYING ON THE PAVEMENT. HE HAD HIT HIS BACK ON THE HORIZ STABILIZER, BRUISING A PREVIOUS INJURY. I CARRIED HIM AWAY FROM THE ACFT AND ESCORTED THE OTHERS CLR. THE INJURY TURNED OUT TO BE MINOR. I AND 1 PAX RAN TO THE FBO. I ASKED PAX TO CALL AN AMBULANCE, SINCE PAX WORKED AT THE HOSPITAL. I TOLD THE LINE PERSON TO CALL FSS TO RPT RWY BLOCKAGE. I CALLED OUR COMPANY DIRECTOR OF OPS TO RPT THE INCIDENT SO HE COULD BEGIN NOTIFICATION PROCS.
