Narrative:
Widebody transport flight from guam to honolulu was rerted from its original flight plan of 20N/170W shila phnl to 20N/170W silva phnl. Aircraft progressed 180W estimated 170W and gave the ensuing fix as silva. About 55 mins later, the aircraft progressed 170W and gave the next fix as silva. The controller signed on the sector before me, missed the ensuing fix error and I missed the next fix error. This deviation was discovered and reported by a honolulu controller. Contributing factors: I was busy coordinating with honolulu cerap to obtain a more direct routing for another flight due to low fuel status. 40 percent to 50 percent of our odaps CRT position report messages are idented as having incorrect position, which are actually correct. This leads the controller to not rely on what the system checks are trying to tell him. Honolulu communication radio issued the rerte to the widebody transport flight and received a questionable readback and did not pursue clarification of the readback.

Title: WDB READBACK WRONG FIX AT LEAST TWICE AND ATC AND COM RADIO OPERATOR MISSED IT. ACFT WAS AT WRONG FIX WHEN TRANSFER TOOK PLACE TO NEXT ARTCC.
Narrative: WDB FLT FROM GUAM TO HONOLULU WAS RERTED FROM ITS ORIGINAL FLT PLAN OF 20N/170W SHILA PHNL TO 20N/170W SILVA PHNL. ACFT PROGRESSED 180W ESTIMATED 170W AND GAVE THE ENSUING FIX AS SILVA. ABOUT 55 MINS LATER, THE ACFT PROGRESSED 170W AND GAVE THE NEXT FIX AS SILVA. THE CTLR SIGNED ON THE SECTOR BEFORE ME, MISSED THE ENSUING FIX ERROR AND I MISSED THE NEXT FIX ERROR. THIS DEV WAS DISCOVERED AND RPTED BY A HONOLULU CTLR. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: I WAS BUSY COORDINATING WITH HONOLULU CERAP TO OBTAIN A MORE DIRECT ROUTING FOR ANOTHER FLT DUE TO LOW FUEL STATUS. 40 PERCENT TO 50 PERCENT OF OUR ODAPS CRT POS RPT MESSAGES ARE IDENTED AS HAVING INCORRECT POS, WHICH ARE ACTUALLY CORRECT. THIS LEADS THE CTLR TO NOT RELY ON WHAT THE SYS CHKS ARE TRYING TO TELL HIM. HONOLULU COM RADIO ISSUED THE RERTE TO THE WDB FLT AND RECEIVED A QUESTIONABLE READBACK AND DID NOT PURSUE CLARIFICATION OF THE READBACK.
