Narrative:
After takeoff, cylinder heat temperature went to red line, oil temperature climbed and oil pressure went lower. After reaching cruise altitude, problem continued. Notified austin of flight following, we were returning to san antonio. We did not declare an emergency at any time. Approach and landing was normal. The problem turned out to be a sending unit and was repaired.

Title: PLT OF SMA AT CRUISE HAD INDICATIONS OF HOT ENG, HOT OIL, LOWERING OIL PRESSURE. RETURNED TO SAT AND LANDED. FAULTY SIGNAL SENDER.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF, CYLINDER HEAT TEMP WENT TO RED LINE, OIL TEMP CLBED AND OIL PRESSURE WENT LOWER. AFTER REACHING CRUISE ALT, PROBLEM CONTINUED. NOTIFIED AUSTIN OF FLT FOLLOWING, WE WERE RETURNING TO SAN ANTONIO. WE DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER AT ANY TIME. APCH AND LNDG WAS NORMAL. THE PROBLEM TURNED OUT TO BE A SENDING UNIT AND WAS REPAIRED.
