Narrative:
Air carrier X was cleared ILS runway 5 to orf, maintain 2000 ft until caley approximately 1 1/2 mi southwest of ingle LOM. I received a TCAS TA followed by a TCAS RA climb now, climb now. Traffic on TCAS display passed directly below me from left to right, 300 ft below. I followed TCAS to climb and reported RA to tower and approach control. Supplemental information from acn 185654. Air carrier X was a 2000 ft MSL, 2 NM from ingle. TCAS reported traffic minus 300 ft crossing left to right, distance less than 6 mi. TA rapidly went to RA with TCAS issuing 'climb, climb.' captain (PF) initiated an immediate climb until RA was cleared. Climb of 400 ft to 2400 ft MSL. Traffic report was given by approach. Approach was controling aircraft Y that was the RA on TCAS.
