Narrative:
Radar controller (a supervisor) in the well. I plugged in as d-side told her rainelander airspace hot. Small transport at FL190 in airspace it had been hot for about 6 min. R-ctlr descended aircraft from FL190 to 17000 out of airspace. Airspace hot FL180 to FL310. Fgt's had been cleared into R4305. Confirmed with aircraft that no one in-flight had left R4305. I don't know if this supervisor reported incident further. I assume she did.
