Narrative:

Captain flying. First officer (me) off frequency working radio. 130 mi southeast of tlh climb clearance was received to 'climb and maintain FL230' which was read back 'up to 230'. Upon reaching FL230 controller key on and said '...you overshot your altitude. You were assigned FL200.' captain replied 'no sir, we were given 230 and read it back.' controller said 'no problem stay at 230. I didn't have anybody there anyway. No problem.'
