Narrative:
Takeoff clearance was given for 22L with a left turn to 110 degree heading. At approximately 700 ft AGL tower gave us a further left to 90 degree, followed by a switch to departure control. Upon checking in with departure we were given further left to 310 degree and climb to 13000 ft. These clrncs were given at about 1500 ft AGL. In the left turn and about 5000 ft we received a TCASII TA, followed by departure control issuing a TA for the same aircraft. We visually idented the traffic and passed 1900 ft below, according to our TCASII. After visually checking that we were well clear of the traffic we continued our climb to our cleared altitude of 13000 ft. At 7700 ft departure asked us our altitude and we advised 7700 ft. Departure control said he had cleared us to 6000 ft and then immediately told us to continue our climb to 13000 ft.

Title: ACR LGT DELAYED CLB TO RESOLVE TCASII TA.
Narrative: TKOF CLRNC WAS GIVEN FOR 22L WITH A L TURN TO 110 DEG HDG. AT APPROX 700 FT AGL TWR GAVE US A FURTHER L TO 90 DEG, FOLLOWED BY A SWITCH TO DEP CTL. UPON CHKING IN WITH DEP WE WERE GIVEN FURTHER L TO 310 DEG AND CLB TO 13000 FT. THESE CLRNCS WERE GIVEN AT ABOUT 1500 FT AGL. IN THE L TURN AND ABOUT 5000 FT WE RECEIVED A TCASII TA, FOLLOWED BY DEP CTL ISSUING A TA FOR THE SAME ACFT. WE VISUALLY IDENTED THE TFC AND PASSED 1900 FT BELOW, ACCORDING TO OUR TCASII. AFTER VISUALLY CHKING THAT WE WERE WELL CLR OF THE TFC WE CONTINUED OUR CLB TO OUR CLRED ALT OF 13000 FT. AT 7700 FT DEP ASKED US OUR ALT AND WE ADVISED 7700 FT. DEP CTL SAID HE HAD CLRED US TO 6000 FT AND THEN IMMEDIATELY TOLD US TO CONTINUE OUR CLB TO 13000 FT.
