Narrative:
On jul/xx/91 I flew an small transport out of fremont county airport, canon city, co. This airplane had been in the care of FBO for an annual inspection. Small transport had been signed off by an a and I as being in airworthy condition and entered so in the aircraft logbooks. It became evident during the flight to centennial airport (englewood, co) that the airplane had some problems. Once the airplane was on the ground it was hangared and an a and P and a and I made a complete inspection of the airplane as well as researching outstanding airworthiness directives. It was determined at this time that several items were not covered by FBO at 1v6 annual inspection and the airplane was grounded. The local FAA was notified.
