Narrative:
On landing rollout at heber valley airport a severe wind shear or microburst pushed the plane to the left and lifted the tail and right wing uncontrollably. I used directional control and braking to correct the situation but the wind kept pushing us off the runway. As we went off the runway the right wing descended, grazing the ground and we slowly rolled onto the nose. Approximately 15-20 mins after the incident a heavy thunderstorm moved over the airport and FSS issued a high wind warning for the area.
