Narrative:
At 13000 in cruise, I lost both communication radios. Cle center said that it acted like a stuck microphone. I could not transmit or receive. It may be that both communications were on both frequency. I did a 180 degree turn VFR conditions, returned to yip. Did make a contact with ATC. 20 mins may have been the length of no communications. Communication with ATC was done by my use of transponder. I believe that it was a communication intermittent problem.
