Narrative:
During a climb out from a straight out departure from runway 33 at lincoln, small transport flew over me at a quartering angle from the high right. While not an extremely near miss, the 2 aircraft passed by each other closer than I felt was safe. The pilot of the small transport had called that he was overflying the airport and would then enter traffic from a left 45 degree entry. He apparently flew over the departure end of the runway rather than midfield.

Title: SMA ON ICB HAS NMAC WITH SMT OVERFLYING ARPT.
Narrative: DURING A CLB OUT FROM A STRAIGHT OUT DEP FROM RWY 33 AT LINCOLN, SMT FLEW OVER ME AT A QUARTERING ANGLE FROM THE HIGH R. WHILE NOT AN EXTREMELY NEAR MISS, THE 2 ACFT PASSED BY EACH OTHER CLOSER THAN I FELT WAS SAFE. THE PLT OF THE SMT HAD CALLED THAT HE WAS OVERFLYING THE ARPT AND WOULD THEN ENTER TFC FROM A L 45 DEG ENTRY. HE APPARENTLY FLEW OVER THE DEP END OF THE RWY RATHER THAN MIDFIELD.
