Narrative:

Upon taxi out of the FBO ramp the ground control told my aircraft, small aircraft, to follow the light transport to my right. I said roger, then the controller told me to pass in front of the light transport to follow the small transport in front of me so I did. Ground did tell the light transport to hold and follow the small aircraft. I don't think the pilot in the light transport heard him, so as I pulled in front of the light transport I turned off my taxi light so not to shine the light in their eyes. The light transport told ground that I almost hit him and was upset. If the light transport pilots heard ground this would not have happened. I did ask the ground control if I was at fault. He said no. Final result to me was the pilots in the light transport did not listen to ground control.

Title: AIR TAXI ACFT CLRED TO TAXI PAST LTT. LTT UPSET REGARDING PROX.

Narrative: UPON TAXI OUT OF THE FBO RAMP THE GND CTL TOLD MY ACFT, SMA, TO FOLLOW THE LTT TO MY R. I SAID ROGER, THEN THE CTLR TOLD ME TO PASS IN FRONT OF THE LTT TO FOLLOW THE SMT IN FRONT OF ME SO I DID. GND DID TELL THE LTT TO HOLD AND FOLLOW THE SMA. I DON'T THINK THE PLT IN THE LTT HEARD HIM, SO AS I PULLED IN FRONT OF THE LTT I TURNED OFF MY TAXI LIGHT SO NOT TO SHINE THE LIGHT IN THEIR EYES. THE LTT TOLD GND THAT I ALMOST HIT HIM AND WAS UPSET. IF THE LTT PLTS HEARD GND THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I DID ASK THE GND CTL IF I WAS AT FAULT. HE SAID NO. FINAL RESULT TO ME WAS THE PLTS IN THE LTT DID NOT LISTEN TO GND CTL.
