Narrative:
Center advised our aircraft 3-5 mi north of course. Gave a heading to reintercept. We advised our cockpit indications showed on course and course bar deviating left or right 2 bar widths. After having flight attendant check cabin, it was discovered that a passenger was using a small tape player and was told to turn it off. After it was turned off navigation system and course bar functioned normally. No conflicts occurred.
